The GSA was formed in 1987. It has been an advocate for strategic sourcing on behalf of both buyers and suppliers since then.
Over more than 35 years the GSA has been leading the way in sourcing best practice. It was first to develop dedicated training and qualifications for those involved in outsourcing. It continues to lead the way in highlighting current trends in outsourcing, shared services, Global Business Services and related technology, including AI.
RQV Learning and the GSA have designed a range of training solutions, including online video courses that Catherine Hancock, EE’s Head of Outsource said was , “a really great
